One-Time Registration

All traders (Business Entity, Govt Agency, Individual) are first mandated to do “One-time online registration” to execute the cross-border transactions either related to goods or services or both at a time.

UCR Number

The REGISTERED traders(Business entity, Agency, Individual) can apply for Unique Consignment Reference Number(UCR) in the system.



Import License/Export Permit & Import/Export Registration

The trader/Clearing & Forwarding Agent(CFA) can apply for Import license & Export Permit (For Countries Other..

Than India) and Import/Export Registration (For India) to Department of Trade, where required information & documents will be submitted. Based on these, the preferred banks of the trader can also be able to approve/reject the Letter of Commitment (LoC). As such, multiple submission of documents by one trader between regulating agencies can be avoided.
